PRIXMAX MeG HT is a universal ethylene glycol based antifreeze-antiboil coolant concentrate (contains 1060 g/litre ethylene glycol) incorporating an advanced hybrid technology with a balanced mix of organic and inorganic inhibitors. PrixMax MeGHT is a low silicate formulation that is nitrite, phosphate and amine free, it has a longer life than those based on conventional coolant technology and meets or exceeds the requirements of most car and truck manufacturers.PrixMax MeG HT offers excellent corrosion protection for all alloys used in engine components such as radiator, engine block, cylinder head, welsh plugs, water pumps and cast iron wet liners.

APPLICATION

PrixMax MeG HT’s low silicate formulation is suitable for both automotive and heavy duty diesel engines. It must NOT be dosed neat (un-diluted) to the cooling system but should be diluted with good quality still water to give solutions in the concentration range of 33-50% by volume.At 33% concentration this product provides a service life of 3 years or 100,000 km’s in a well maintained petrol or light duty commercial vehicle engine cooling system. Many engine manufacturers specify 50% dosage to meet warranty requirements.

For diesel engine truck and bus service, PrixMax MeG HT at 50% concentration can be used if properly maintained for 320,000 km’s or 4,000 hours.

PrixMax MeG HT is a nitrite free formulation which in truck or bus diesel service does not require precharging nor the use of any SCA (supplemental coolant additive) to provide the necessary corrosion and cavitation protection. The product is however compatible with many nitrite SCA’s in liquid or filter form.

Do not mix PrixMax MeG HT coolant with other coolant products.
