HVI ISO 32, 46, 68, 100, 150

MASTERLUBE HVI HYDRAULIC OIL is a premium anti-wear hydraulic oil made with high-viscosity index improvers and rust, oxidation, foam inhibitors and zinc anti-wear additives. HVI HYDRAULIC OIL also promotes excellent cleanliness, long fluid life, demulsibility and filterability even when badly water contaminated.
PROPERTIES MASTERLUBE has an extended charge life due to the superior quality chemical and thermal stability additive components in the finished oil. The zinc additive system ensure ultra fine filters and close tolerance spool valves are kept operational. Excellent air release properties minimise compressibility and prevent noisy and erratic operation.
APPLICATIONS MASTERLUBE is for use in hydraulic systems requiring stable viscosity oils, particularly systems with vane pumps operating at pump pressure above 7MPa (1000 psi) and speeds above 1200 rpm. Also for use in other systems where operational temperatures vary such as with outdoor or mobile equipment or wear rates are high with conventional oils.
