Masterlube 50 – SAE 50 CF/SG

MASTERLUBE 50 has been formulated to lubricate turbo-charged and normally aspirated diesels operating under severe stress conditions in both on and off highway situations.

The low phosphorous level and low sulphated ash content ensures its use for mixed fleet operators including those with petrol engines with catalytic convertors.

APPLICATION

MASTERLUBE 50 is suitable for the lubrication of all types of trucks, earthmoving equipment, stationary engines, cars and light commercials where a CF diesel rating or a SG petrol rating is required.

MASTERLUBE 50 is suitable for US diesel truck engines up to 1990, Japanese and European diesel trucks, leaded or unleaded petrol engines and LPG fuelled engines. Its low phosphorous content protects the life of catalytic convertors and its low ash content prevents injector fouling.

SPECIFICATION

MASTERLUBE 50 meets or exceeds the following specifications:

  • API CF/SG
  • MIL-L-46152B/2104C
  • DETROIT DIESEL 7SE 270

PROPERTIES
